Training of employees

We want to offer our services in training and development of your employees whose work is related to the quality of the SFO. Notably almost all those who work with fresh fruits and vegetables, as for this group of quality questions are particularly acute. Lecture 3 (third day)

1 Physiological changes. Examples.

2 Physical damage. Examples.

3 Damage by pests. Examples

4 Chemical damage of fresh fruits and vegetables. Examples.

5 Infectious damaged of fresh fruits and vegetables. Examples.

If it’s necessary an additional day (s) of employment can be included to focus on some of the most important positions.
